Pursuant to the Order of the Leflore County Board of Supervisors dated October 1, 2018, Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in or in any way affected by the Petition to Close Booker Avenue and Grant Avenue, platted, undeveloped roads located in the Northeast Section 17, Township 19 North, Range 1 East as shown on the Official County Map in the Office of the Chancery Clerk in Greenwood, Leflore County, Mississippi.
A hearing will be held before the Board of Supervisors of Leflore County, Mississippi on Monday, December 10, 2018, at 4:00 p.m. in the Board of Supervisors Room at the Leflore County Courthouse located at 306 West Market Street in Greenwood, Mississippi, at which time, all persons interested in or affected thereby will be heard. Thereafter, the Board of Supervisors will render a decision. Any objections may be made by any person, and if made in writing, may be filed with the Clerk of the Chancery Court before the date of the hearing.
