WHEREAS, on the 10th day of February, 2025, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. (“MERS”), as beneficiary, as nominee for Nationstar Mortgage LLC, assigned said Deed of Trust unto Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc., by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in D/T Book 2025 at Page 1105; and
WHEREAS, on the 7th day of April, 2025 the Holder of said Deed of Trust substituted and appointed Dean Morris, LLC as Substitute Trustee by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in D/T Book 2025 at Page 2385; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the payments of the indebtedness secured by the said Deed of Trust, and the holder of said Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned so to do, on the 22nd day of October, 2025, I will during the lawful hours of between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., at public outcry, offer for sale and will sell, at the South front entrance (or door) of the Leflore County Courthouse at Greenwood, Mississippi, for cash to the highest bidder, the following described land and property situated in Leflore County, Mississippi, to-wit:
Lot 81, Glendale Subdivision, Part 1, as shown by plat of said Addition recorded in Plat Book 6 at Page 23 of the Records of Plats of Leflore County, Mississippi. And being the same property conveyed from Byron Sharpe Properties, LLC, acting by and through Bryon S. Sharpe, Manager, the Grantors, to Lillie Jackson, the Grantees by virtue of Deed dated 10/03/2006, and recorded 10/10/2006, in Book 398 at Page 145 among the aforesaid Land Records.

WHEREAS, on May 20, 2002, Ella Harris executed a deed of trust for the benefit of EquiFirst Corporation, which deed of trust was recorded on May 22, 2002, in Book 561, Page 319, in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Leflore County, Mississippi; Said Deed of Trust was last sold, assigned and transferred to U.S. Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee under the Indenture relating to COLT 2021-RPL1 Trust by assignment recorded in Book 2025, Page 3449 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Leflore County, Mississippi.
