WHEREAS, on October 18, 1999, Ted N Barrett, A Single Person executed a deed of trust for the benefit of AmSouth Bank, which deed of trust was recorded on October 20, 1999, in Book 508, Page 275, in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Leflore County, Mississippi; Said Deed of Trust was last sold, assigned and transferred to BOKF, N.A. by assignment recorded in Book 2026, Page 912 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Leflore County, Mississippi.

The Housing Authority of the City of Greenwood (GHA) hereby requests Proposals from qualified independent auditors to audit its annual financial statements for the annual periods of April 1, 2025-March 31, 2026 with the option of extension for at least two (2) years thereafter.
The auditor will be selected by a review of the following basic factors:
1. The firm's qualifications to perform a Public Housing Authority audit.
2.The firm's planned approach to the audit.
3.The firm's proposed price for the audit.
