WHEREAS, on May 24, 2019, Robin Hudson, an unmarried man and Marketa Wise, an unmarried woman as joint tenants with rights of survivorship executed a certain deed of trust to Brad Mauritzen, Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as beneficiary, as nominee for Envoy Mortgage, LTD, its successors and assigns which deed of trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Leflore County, State of Mississippi in Book 0863 at Page 607; and
WHEREAS, LLG MS LLC has heretofore been substituted as Trustee by instrument dated September 5, 2025 and recorded in the aforesaid Chancery Clerk's Office in Book 2025 Page 6617; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said deed of trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust, Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC, the legal holder of said indebtedness, having requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust and for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney's fees, trustee's fees and expense of sale.

NOTICE TO FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Leflore County, Mississippi, will receive sealed bids until 5 p.m. on Friday, February 6, 2026, for the privilege of serving as depository for Leflore County, Mississippi from March 1, 2026 through December 31, 2027. All bids filed shall conform with the provisions of Section 27-105-305 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended, and F.I.R.R.E.A. Said bids or proposals shall designate the kinds of security, as authorized by law, which said Bank of Savings and Loan Association proposes to give as security for said funds. All sealed bids received will be opened on February 9, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. at the regularly scheduled Board Meeting.
Any financial institution in Leflore County whose accounts are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, or the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation may qualify as a COUNTY DEPOSITORY, if such institution meets the requirements of Section 27-105-305 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended. Qualified financial institutions shall place their securities on deposit with the Treasurer of the State of Mississippi as provided in accordance with State statutes.
The Leflore County Board of Supervisors shall require all Leflore County funds available for investment to be invested at the depository quoting the highest rate of interest on the day of investment, without regard to the taxable assets of the various depositories. There will be a penalty assessed to any financial institution for early withdrawal and said institution will be responsible for any costs to Leflore County created by early withdrawal.
The Board reserves the right to reject the bid of any and all financial institutions offering to serve as a COUNTY DEPOSITORY.

All interested public and private transit and para-transit operators within Leflore, Washington, Sunflower, Humphreys, Bolivar, Sharkey, Issaquena, Coahoma, Tunica, Quitman, and Tallahatchie Counties, are hereby advised that Quality Mental Health, Inc. is applying to the Mississippi Department of Transportation, Jackson, Mississippi, for a grant under Section 5310 of the Federal Public Transportation Act, as amended, for the provision of elderly and disabled purchase of service transportation services and capital assistance. Services are being provided within Leflore, Washington, Sunflower, Humphreys, Bolivar, Sharkey, Issaquena, Coahoma, Tunica, Quitman and Tallahatchie Counties. The Provider Organization, Region VI Community Mental Health Commission d/b/a Life Help provides comprehensive mental health services targeted to the elderly and disabled, substance abuse and chemical dependent, chronic mentally ill, and developmentally disabled population.
The purpose of this notice is to advise all interested parties, including transit and para-transit operators, of the service being planned for providing transportation services for the elderly and disabled within the areas as described above, and to ensure that such a program would not represent a duplication of current or of proposed services provided by existing transit operators in the area.
Comments either for or against this service will be received at any time 15 days from the date of this notice.
