The Greenwood Leflore Consolidated School District is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced Project Management firms or individuals to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of the construction of our new high school facility. Unless the amount due is paid in full prior to the sale, the undersigned will sell the goods at public auction pursuant to Mississippi Code Annotated § 75-7-210.

The sale will be conducted in a commercially reasonable manner to the highest bidder. The goods may be sold in bulk.
The debtor and any other persons claiming an interest in the goods may redeem the goods at any time prior to the sale by paying the total amount due, including reasonable expenses incurred in enforcing the lien.
Proceeds of the sale will be applied first to costs of sale and enforcement, second to the satisfaction of the warehouse lien, and any surplus, if any, will be handled in accordance with Mississippi law. The debtor may be liable for any deficiency to the extent permitted by law.
