WHEREAS, the beneficial interest of said Deed of Trust was transferred and assigned to REGIONS BANK; and

WHEREAS, on April 5, 2019, Kaysi U. Jackson executed a certain Deed of Trust to Mark S. Vemer, for the benefit of Bank of Commerce, which Deed of Trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Leflore County, Mississippi in Deed of Trust Book 861 at page 374; and
