WHEREAS, on the 30th day of January, 2023, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. (“MERS”), as beneficiary, as nominee for Envoy Mortgage, LTD, assigned said Deed of Trust unto Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC, by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Deed of Trust Assignment Book 2023 at Page 645; and
WHEREAS, on the 8th day of September, 2023 the Holder of said Deed of Trust substituted and appointed Dean Morris, LLC as Substitute Trustee by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Deed of Trust Sub. of Trustee Book 2023 at Page 5648; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the payments of the indebtedness secured by the said Deed of Trust, and the holder of said Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned so to do, on the 19th day of December, 2025, I will during the lawful hours of between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., at public outcry, offer for sale and will sell, at the South front entrance (or door) of the Leflore County Courthouse at Greenwood, Mississippi, for cash to the highest bidder, the following described land and property situated in Leflore County, Mississippi, to-wit:

SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE’S FORECLOSURE NOTICE
WHEREAS, on March 20, 2017, Edna G. Brown, Troy Brown and Curressia Brown, executed a certain Deed of Trust to Mark S. Vemer, for the benefit of Bank of Commerce, which Deed of Trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Leflore County, Mississippi in Deed of Trust Book 827 at page 298; and
