Whereas, Letters of Administration for the Estate of Jimmie Lee Johnson, Deceased, were granted to Annie Ruth Johnson on September 24, 2024 by the Chancery Court of Leflore County, Mississippi.
Now, therefore, all persons claiming to be an heir at law or to have any interest in the Estate of Jimmie Lee Johnson are hereby summoned to appear in before Honorable W. M. Sanders, Chancery Judge, on June 2, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. in the courtroom of the Leflore County Courthouse at Greenwood, Mississippi; and your failure to come forward and appear WILL FOREVER BAR YOUR CLAIM as the Court will enter judgment that the persons having appeared are the sole heirs at law of the Deceased.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading in response to the petition on file with the Court, but you may do so if you so desire.

NCPDD To Hold Hearing
On Aging Programs
The North Central Planning and Development District/Area Agency on Aging will hold a Public Hearing for Aging Programs on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, beginning at 10:30 a. m. at the Leflore County Civic Center, 200 Hwy 7 North, Greenwood, Mississippi.
The purpose of this hearing is to allow the Area Agency on Aging and the Mississippi Department of Human Services the opportunity to inform interested persons about programs and services available for senior citizens in Attala, Carroll, Grenada, Holmes, Leflore, Montgomery, and Yalobusha counties.
The goals and objectives for Fiscal Year 2026 will be discussed and an update of current year activities will be presented. Comments from the public are welcomed.

SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, by Deed of Trust dated April 18, 2018, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Chancery Court in Leflore County, Mississippi, on May 1, 2018, in Book 846 at Page 61 of the Records of Mortgages and Deeds of Trust on Lands in said county and state, John E. WHEREAS, by Deed of Trust dated August 24, 2023, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Chancery Court in Leflore County, Mississippi, on September 5, 2023, in Book 2023 at Page 5382 of the Records of Mortgages and Deeds of Trust on Lands in said county and state, John E. Hoover, Sr., AKA John Hoover, did grant and convey unto W. Dean Belk, as Trustee for Planters Bank & Trust Company, beneficiary, the property therein described, to secure the promissory note therein referred to; and
WHEREAS, the undersigned having been duly appointed Substitute Trustee in the place and stead of W.
