One (1) Airbus A319-100 aircraft, manufacturer serial number 740, together with all associated parts, components, and accessories (collectively, the “Aircraft”).
This Aircraft was delivered to AerCap Materials, Inc., at 600 Airport Road, Greenwood, MS 38930 by Royal Aircraft Maintenance Company DWC-LLC and remains in possession of AerCap Materials, Inc., for nonpayment of accrued storage charges in the total amount of [$199,700] as of October 24, 2025, plus continuing charges and costs of sale.
