NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leflore County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 27, 2026 at 4:00 p.m., in the Board Room of the Leflore County Courthouse located at 310 West Market Street, Greenwood, Mississippi, to consider a request for a zoning change for the property located 1910 Grenada Boulevard, Greenwood, Mississippi in Leflore County, Mississippi.
The property owner/applicant has requested that the zoning classification for the subject property be changed Industrial to Residential.
All interested persons are invited to attend and will be given the opportunity to be heard. Written comments may also be submitted to the Leflore County Board of Supervisors in advance of the hearing.
A map of the area under consideration and additional information regarding the proposed zoning change are available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Leflore County Planning Office located at the Leflore County Courthouse.
