Tourism departure
Regarding the article “Tourism board director resigns” (May 17):
The board is inept and underqualified, and this was the mayor who highly recommended Shelley Walker.
It’s sad this city doesn't trust its own home talent, born, raised and educated here in the Delta. No loyalty or commitment to our city.
Politics got her the job, and believe that politics got her out. Everyone the mayor slides in doesn't work. Ask Dr. Montrell Greene.
