Regarding the article “Commish often
delinquent on bills” (Nov. 17):
My lights were cut off for $39. I do
owe the money, but I was told they couldn’t help me, that they had
helped me all they could.
Everybody who has asked for help needs
to be at Greenwood Utilities protesting the unfair treatment. Their
employees have showed favoritism. Somebody else needs to be in
charge of helping customers.
The other commissioners had to know.
Send them all packing.

Whoever is in charge at Greenwood
Utilities of cutting off customers’ service for nonpayment and
returned checks needs to go. There is no other way.
I would like to know who else up there
is not paying their bill on time.
Now is the time for the Commonwealth
to do some real investigation, not just throw something out there
and leave it. Get to the bottom of this. There is a smell.
