High rents
It is shocking and so sad that the landlords in Greenwood have the small one-bedroom houses’ rent so high.
I am trying to pay rent on a house, not pay a mortgage note on it.
Seven hundred dollars can only go so far. With car notes and utilities, I can’t pay $285 or $385, and in bad neighborhoods, too.
I live alone, and they say I’m low-income. No, I am poor and trying hard to make it day to day.
I would make any house better and would never mess up any one house.
I am just asking some of the landlords of the town to have some mercy. And lower the prices, please.
