Unsupervised kids
On Friday, Aug. 30, I attended the Leflore County High vs. Amanda Elzy High football game.
As usual, you had to deal with kids walking and running all the way through the game. Makes you wonder where their parents are.
I hate to sound old-fashioned, but what is the use of security officers if they do not say anything to these kids?
I noticed one mother dropping off four kids, one not even tall enough to reach the ticket booth. Guess what. The woman zoomed on off the parking lot.
I pay my money to watch the game, not to be disturbed by unruly, ill-mannered kids.
My suggestion: Children 12 years old and under should have to be accompanied by an adult.
Why drop your kids off? Stay at the game and enjoy.
