Mrs. McKinley, 69, died Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2025.

Burial will be in New Salem Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.

His position is partially funded by a two-year grant from Report for America, a national nonprofit. Generous supporters in the community donated the matching funds in the first year. We are now raising funds for Year 2.
