WINONA — Freddie Mac Collins, 88, a resident of Winona Manor, passed away on Thursday, March 21, 2024.
He was born on May 8, 1935, in Mississippi, the son of Sally Dyches and George Owen Collins. He is preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Lucille Collins.
