James William “Bill” McNeer, 75, of Leflore died Sunday, April 28, 2024, at his residence. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Abundant Life Pentecostal Church of God with the Rev. James Woodall, the Rev. Bernard Wiggins and the Rev. Granville Wiggins officiating. Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. Tuesday at the church.
