Elizabeth V. “Libby” West was born Oct. 28, 1936, in Tuscumbia, Alabama, to Walter Conrad and Emma Davis VonBoeckman. She was the youngest of 11. All have preceded her in death except one brother, Robert Arnold VonBoeckman. She passed away Monday, March 3, 2025, in Senatobia at the age of 88.
