Mary was born on Oct. 25, 1951, to Archie Ray Mitchell and Jewell Greenlee Mitchell. She was one of five children who leaves behind a legacy of love, having been raised in a large, but close-knit family.

Mr. Welch, 68, died Monday, July 21, 2025, at his residence.
Prior to retiring, he worked as a welding inspector for Anel Corp.
The Rev. Jimmy Brooks will officiate the service.
