A Greenwood man has been charged with four counts of drive-by shooting in connection with an incident Friday.
Bobby J. Gordon, 26, 307 Third St., remained in the Leflore County Jail this morning on $30,000 bond.
Police Chief Ray Moore said Gordon “is alleged to have fired several times into a vehicle” at the intersection of Fifth and Leflore avenues but added that he didn’t think anyone was hit. There were four people in the vehicle at the time.
If convicted, Gordon could face a maximum of 30 years for each of the four counts.
Moore said the victims helped to identify Gordon and police investigators recovered several shell casings. The weapon has not been recovered, the chief said.
