NATIONAL SUMMARY
During the day tomorrow, a persistent disturbance will
continue to produce heavy rainfall across the Florida
Peninsula and mainly eastern sections of northern Florida.
Embedded thunder also is expected in South Florida, further
enhancing rainfall in a localized fashion. The rest of the
South and the mid-Atlantic is expected to remain dry
underneath a wide expanse of high pressure. Most of the
Northeast also will be dry, but occasional snow showers will
continue to push into portions of upstate New York, northern
Lower Michigan and across much of the Upper Peninsula of
Michigan as well. The Plains should be dry along with much
of the Four Corners region, but the latest storm will arrive
with rain for the California and Pacific Northwest
coastlines with mountain snow.
