NATIONAL SUMMARY
Showers will spread from western Texas to Pennsylvania as a
storm advances into the eastern United States tomorrow.
Steadier rain can fall along the Gulf coast from Louisiana
to Florida. Farther north, this same storm will bring snow
from Missouri to Minnesota, and farther east to Michigan.
Behind the storm, blustery conditions will arrive in the
North Central and Midwest, with wind gusts up to 30-35 mph
possible. Another storm will gather rain along the Atlantic
coast from New Jersey to North Carolina. In the West, dry
weather will return as high pressure develops over the
region. It will remain cold however, and temperatures can be
as much as 5-10 degrees Fahrenheit below the historical
average for late November. This area of high pressure will
also provide plenty of sunshine for the region.
