NATIONAL SUMMARY
A large storm and associated boundary will bring rain from
southern New England through central Texas tomorrow. Ahead
of this, a few showers and thunderstorms can erupt from
eastern Texas north through northern Maryland. Meanwhile,
the cold side of this storm will feature snow in Colorado
and western Kansas, as well as ice from south-central Kansas
into the Oklahoma and Texas panhandles. Outside of this
storm, much of the Southeast will remain dry with high
pressure remaining stagnant overhead. Temperatures will also
continue to be high with widespread temperatures in the 80s.
Winds will continue to be high in high elevations of
Southern California in addition to mountainous locations of
the Southwest. Another area of high pressure will also lead
to dry conditions across much of the West Coast.
