NATIONAL SUMMARY
A couple of showers and a thunderstorm will affect eastern
Mississippi, Alabama and western Georgia tomorrow as
tropical moisture lingers in the wake of Nicholas. A budding
tropical system off the East Coast is expected to graze the
Outer Banks of North Carolina with occasional rain and
embedded thunderstorms. Farther north, a passing shower or
two could dampen portions of the mid-Atlantic and western
New England. Thunderstorms are expected to erupt along a
cold front in the Upper Peninsula and northern Lower
