NATIONAL SUMMARY
A departing storm along the East coast will spread rain and
showers across much of the Northeast tomorrow. In the
Southwest, spotty thunderstorms can develop throughout the
afternoon. Temperatures will trend higher along the
Southeast and Gulf Coast states. Gulf moisture will create
humid conditions across eastern Texas and the Mississippi
Valley. Another storm will emerge from the central Rockies
and spark severe weather from western Texas to far
southwestern Missouri. Storms will continue into the night
and can bring the threat of large hail, tornadoes, flooding
and damaging winds. Rain and showers will dampen parts of
Wyoming, South Dakota, Nebraska and Colorado. Dry and warm
weather will make a brief appearance across the West,
heightening the risk for wildfires.
