The Nation's Weather for Thursday, November 25, 2021
_____
NATIONAL SUMMARY
Rain will stretch from southern Michigan to central Texas
tomorrow. While much of the rain will be light to moderate,
thunderstorms in southeastern Texas may contain rain heavy
enough to cause flooding on streets and in poor drainage
areas. A second area of heavy rain is expected in
northwestern Washington state. Given the excessive rain
recently, additional heavy rainfall can cause flooding and
mudslides. Outside of a spotty shower or two in southeastern
Florida, much of the Southeast will be dry. Colder air
moving into the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and northern
lower Michigan will cause any precipitation to fall in the
form of snow. However, accumulations should generally be
light. Santa Ana winds in Southern California will result in
low humidity and a high fire threat.
