The unemployed
Regarding the letter by Betsy Chapman (“Unemployed workers are losing hope,” Feb. 21):
Crusty asked in “My Two Cents” (Feb. 23) whether Chapman “thinks the government is withholding jobs”? Did she say that? Because if she did, I missed it.
