Regarding the article “Golf cart proposal to be discussed” (July 13):
I’m surprised that Dr. Anita Batman and Mayor Carolyn McAdams have exercised so little common sense. But then there is Councilman Johnny Jennings, famous for looking for things to control, like tobacco, street signs, etc.
