Election contest
Regarding the guest column by John Pittman Hey (“Judge errs on Perkins case,” Nov. 3):
Every time there is a column in the paper by Mr. Hey or the Commonwealth cites him as some sort of authority on election law, there is a collective eye roll among the citizens of Greenwood who know him.
