Chassaniol bill
I just wanted to comment on the bill that state Sen. Lydia Chassaniol is sponsoring (“Winona senator’s bill would kill arts board,” Jan. 25):
As someone who has known of this lady and her love for the arts, I believe that she believes the arts will be served in this transition.
