A new breed of kid has invaded Greenwood with perforated or absent muffler plates, muffler delete pipes, and performance exhaust systems.
These drive around slowly and repetitively with a loud, eerie, mechanical drone —- especially annoying on otherwise peaceful late evenings and on Sunday afternoons.
