Regarding Charlie Smith’s op-ed column (“Want to pay $15,783 for bad insurance?” Nov. 12):
Nobody has any better ideas? You really can't be serious. Every other first-world country has figured out a way to achieve universal coverage, with equal or better outcomes, for a fraction of the cost.
