Two Greenwood men were shot and injured Tuesday morning on the 700 block of Ash Street.
Police Chief Terrence Craft said Tuesday afternoon it appeared the men, one 21 years old and the other 22, had fired at each other.

Board OKs land sale for business

The Leflore County Board of Supervisors voted to approve selling 5 acres of property in the Greenwood-Leflore Industrial Park so a transportation business can move in.
The board approved selling the land on Edison Street for $3,000 an acre to Tyrone Davis, owner of KT&T Express.
