GHS girls claim Region 4-4A meet

The Greenwood High School girls took first place at the Region 4-4A track & field meet with 100 points Friday at Clarksdale High School.
Gentry came in second with 91.5 points, and Louisville was third with 90 points. Yazoo City finished in fourth with 28.5 points, and Kosciusko was last with 26 points.

His position is partially funded by a two-year grant from Report for America, a national nonprofit. Generous supporters in the community donated the matching funds in the first year. We are now raising funds for Year 2.
