Greenwood High School closed out Region 4-4A play with a 12-11 seven-inning loss to visiting Yazoo City High School on Friday at Whittington Park.
The Bulldogs scored two runs in the bottom of the last inning and had runners on base with two outs, but the Indians recorded a strikeout to end the contest.
