Mr. Cooley, 75, died Friday, March 27, 2026, at his home.
He was a retired janitor who had worked at Golden Age nursing home.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

America’s block party: DAR chapters plan gatherings to mark 250th anniversary

That’s what four local chapters of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution hope everyone will do.
The chapters are hosting a communitywide celebration of the United States of America’s 250th anniversary on April 25 on the grounds of Cotesworth in Carroll County.
