Gerald Andrus Power Plant in Greenville Mississippi will be Closing

Rumors have circulated for years that the old power plant out on Highway 82 in Greenville was going to shut down, and eventually those rumors will be right.
Late Monday evening Entergy Mississippi, made an official statement that The Greenville power plant will be replaced with a more modern, energy-efficient natural gas power plant.
