Marquiss Spencer’s return to game action was a huge success.
The former Greenwood High School standout, 6-foot-4, 285-pound redshirt junior defensive end was named the defensive MVP for the Maroon squad in last week’s spring game by Tupelo’s Northeast Mississippi Daily Journal.
