The Leflore County High School baseball team got off to a rousing start with a 16-5 win over visiting Amanda Elzy High School Monday in Itta Bena.
The Tigers outhit the Panthers 14-3 as Markese Jones had a double, triple and home run, driving in six runs and scoring three times.
