The honors continue to pour in for Greenwood’s Cissye Gallagher.

“Our inaugural class showcases Mississippi’s rich golf heritage and honors amateur and professional golfers,” according to Executive Director Margo Coleman. “We are excited about the future of the MS Golf Hall of Fame and honoring deserving golfers for many years to come.”
Gallagher will be joined in the class by James Ray Carpenter, Ken Lindsay, Mike Taylor and Robbie Webb. The induction ceremony will be on Jan. 26 at the Country Club of Jackson.
“It’s a great honor to be considered for this hall of fame set by such a great organization like the Mississippi Golf Association, which does so much for our sport,” Gallagher said.
