Mississippi State will play its next-to-last non-conference game tonight in Jackson.
The No. 17 Bulldogs (10-1) will face Wright State (6-6) at 6 at the Mississippi Coliseum.
The Raiders, who compete in the Horizon League, are coming off a 78-67 win over Moorhead State. They have won two straight since an 83-76 loss to Kent State on Dec. 8.
Loudon Love had his sixth double-double for the Raiders with 19 points and 10 rebounds.
The Bulldogs put together a 98-87 comeback win over Wofford Wednesday in Starkville. They shot 65.2 percent from the floor in the second half, including 8 of 13 from 3-point range, to erase a 12-point deficit. It was the seventh straight victory for MSU.
Aric Holman and Lamar Peters finished with 19 points apiece while Quinndary Weatherspoon added 18 points — 14 of which came from the free throw line. Nick Weatherspoon and Reggie Perry finished with 12 points each.
MSU has five players averaging double figures in scoring — led by Quinndary Weatherspoon with 16.6. Peters is averaging 14.6, followed by Holman with 11.1, Nick Weatherspoon at 10.1 and Tyson Carter at 10.0.
