Mr. Michael Eugene Nelson and Mrs. Sherry Clark Nelson, both of Greenwood, announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Betsy Clark, to Frederick Adron Belk III of Glendora.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Frederick Adron Belk II of Glendora.
He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Anslum Warren III of Greenwood, Mr. Frederick Adron Belk of Greenwood and the late Mrs. Belk.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Frances Duke Wesley of Carrollton, Mr. James Edward Clark of Carrollton and The late Mrs. Betty Dora Nelson.
She is a 2007 graduate of Pillow Academy and a 2011 graduate of the University of Mississippi.
While at Ole Miss, she was a member of Chi Omega sorority and is a member of North Greenwood Baptist Church.
Miss Nelson is the manager of Advanced Fitness.
Mr. Belk is a 2007 graduate of Pillow Academy and a 2011 graduate of the University of Mississippi.
While at Ole Miss, he was a member of Phi Delta Theta fraternity and is a member of the Episcopal Church of the Advent.
Mr. Belk is a self-employed farmer.
The couple will exchange vows at 6 p.m. on Nov. 5, 2011, at North Greenwood Baptist Church.
