Dr. and Mrs. Walter C. Moses Jr. announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Carling Emma Moses, to Christopher Brett Canterbury, all of Greenwood.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Terry Lynn Canterbury of Greenwood.
He is the grandson of Mrs. Charles Woodrow Tribble of Scooba and the late Mr. Tribble and the late Mr. and Mrs. Jay E. Canterbury.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Woodrow Wilson Baldwin of Greenwood and the late Bill Baldwin and Mr. and Mrs. Walter Carl Moses of Greenwood.
Miss Moses is a 2004 graduate of Pillow Academy and a 2009 graduate of Mississippi State University.
She is a member of First Presbyterian Church and Delta Garden Club.
Mr. Canterbury is a 2004 graduate of Pillow Academy and a 2008 graduate of Mississippi State University.
He is a member of the Mississippi Army National Guard and First Presbyterian Church.
He is employed at Camp McCain Training Site in Elliott.
The couple will exchange vows at 5:30 p.m. Nov. 7, 2009, at First Presbyterian Church.
The Rev. Rusty Douglas will officiate at the ceremony.
