Mr. and Mrs. John William Jennings Jr. of Greenwood announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Sarah Steele Jennings, to Andrew Thomas Bramlett of Houston, Texas.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Wayne Bramlett of Katy, Texas.
He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Lynn Bramlett of Duncan, S.C. and Mrs. Coleman Lee Young of Spartanburg, S.C. and the late Mr. Coleman Lee Young.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. John William Jennings Sr. of Tutwiler and the late Mr. John William Jennings Sr, and the late Mr. Amon Lee Ray and the late Mrs. Dorothy Coward Ray.
Miss Jennings is a 2009 graduate of Pillow Academy. She is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Mississippi, where she is a member of Delta Delta Delta Sorority.
She is a member of First Presbyterian Church in Greenwood.
Mr. Bramlett is a 2004 graduate of Northshore High School in Slidell, La., and a 2009 graduate of Mississippi State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering.
While at Mississippi State, he was a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon.
Mr. Bramlett is a member of Kingland Baptist Church in Katy.
He is employed by Cronus Technology, Inc. as a lead subsea pipeline engineer.
The couple will exchange vows at 7 p.m. on Dec. 15, 2012, at First Presbyterian Church in Greenwood.
Dr. Rusty Douglas will officiate at the ceremony.
