Rachel Alisa Hodge and Stephen Michael Adams were united in marriage at 6 p.m. July 17, 2009, at Alta Lodge at the top of Little Cottonwood Canyon in Salt Lake City, Utah.
William Adams, father of the groom, and Judge Pat Brian officiated at the double-ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Dr. Rheba Vetter and Kim Morris of Maryville, Mo., and Dr. James Hodge and Lori Jo Klemptner of Henderson, Nev.
She is the granddaughter of Reba Vetter of Alexandria, Va., and the late Rudolph Vetter; Jack Hodge of Murray, Utah, and the late Janet Hodge; Richard Morris of Salt Lake City; and Ed and Dorothy Klemptner of Morton Grove, Ill.
The groom is the son of William and Sharon Adams of French Camp.
The bride was given in marriage by her father, James Hodge.
April Hodge of Charlottesville, Va., sister of the bride, served as matron of honor.
Bridesmaids were Meghan Healy of Hilton Head, S.C., and Jennifer Landolfi of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
Katherine Anson of Chicago, Ill., served as ceremony reader.
Jason Adams of Pearl, brother of the groom, served as best man.
Groomsmen were James Courtney of Bruce and Kyle Henderson of French Camp.
Chris Courtney of Morton served as usher.
Nuptial music was provided by the Cold Creek bluegrass band of American Fork, Utah.
Photography was provided by Kim Morris, step-father of the bride.
After the ceremony, guests enjoyed dinner and dancing on the outdoor deck and patio at Alta Lodge overlooking the Wasatch Mountains.
Following a honeymoon to Rocky Mountain National Park in Estes Park, Colo., the couple is at home in Bruce.
