Charles Nix Coggins and Tammi Jones Coggins of Tupelo announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Sarah Katherine Millican, to James Wood Davidson of Tchula.
The prospective bride-groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Earl Davidson of Tchula. He is the grandson of Shirley Davidson of Greenwood and the late Earl Davidson and the late Mr. and Mrs. Doyle Wood.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Jone Coggins of Tupelo and the late Rayburn Coggins and Sarah Stow of Tupelo and the late Billy Stow.
Miss Millican is a 2010 graduate of Tupelo High School and a 2014 graduate of Mississippi State University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing. Miss Millican is a member of Kappa Delta Sorority. She is employed with The Mississippi Gift Company.
Mr. Davidson is a 2010 graduate of Pillow Academy in Greenwood and a 2014 graduate of Mississippi State University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in sports studies and a minor in business administration. He is a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity. Mr. Davidson is employed with his father and brother as an ag pilot at Southland Flying Service in Tchula.
The couple will exchange vows at 5 p.m. on July 25 at Hope Church in Tupelo. A reception will follow at The Antler in Tupelo.
