Corinne Steen of Ridgeland and Mr. and Mrs. June Steen of Canton have announced the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Tammy Lynn McCormick of Ridgeland, to Craig McClayton Scott of Brandon.
Miss McCormick also is the daughter of the late Don McCormick of Ridgeland.
Mr. Scott is the son of Gill Scott of Greenwood and Mrs. John Scott of Carrollton, Ga., and the late Mr. John Scott.
The bride-elect is employed with the Mississippi Farm Bureau.
The prospective bridegroom is employed with USA Mobility Inc.
The couple will exchange vows on May 9, 2009, in Brandon.
