Mr. and Mrs. William Anthony Malouf of Greenwood announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Stella Frances Malouf, to Wilson Peeples Britt.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Tecumseh Britt III of Greenwood.
He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Tecumseh Britt Jr. of Minter City and the late Mr. and Mrs. William Bell Crump.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. Jess Andrew Pinkston Jr. of Greenwood, the late Mr. and Mrs. James Houston McAdoo and the late Mr. and Mrs. John Alex Malouf.
Miss Malouf is a 2009 graduate of Pillow Academy and a 2012 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Mississippi, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration. At Ole Miss, she was a member of Chi Omega Sorority, where she served as vice president; a member of the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi; and the recipient of the Outstanding Undergraduate in Real Estate. She will be employed by Fred T. Neely & Company beginning in September.
Mr. Britt is a 2008 graduate of Pillow Academy and a 2011 graduate of Delta State University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in business administration. At Delta State, he was a member of Kappa Alpha Order Fraternity. He is a member of the Greenwood Farmers Club, where he serves as treasurer and secretary. He is employed by Jimmy Sanders.
The couple will exchange vows Oct. 5 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Greenwood.
