Danny and Kim Livingston of Holcomb announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Mary Rebecca Livingston, to Mark Thomas Bowles of Grenada.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Mike and Carolyn Bowles of Grenada, formerly of Greenwood.
He is the grandson of Jim and Clara Bowles of Water Valley and the late Kinnie and Mary Ann Tanksley.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Stanley and Becky Hobson of Holcomb and the late Edward and Mary Estelle Livingston.
Miss Livingston is a 2013 graduate of Grenada High School. She received her associate’s degree from Holmes Community College and is attending the University of Mississippi, where she will graduate in May 2017 with a degree in elementary education.
She is employed at Southern Bell in Grenada.
Mr. Bowles is a 2013 graduate of Grenada High School. He has an associate’s degree from Holmes Community College and will receive certification in wildlife conservation in December.
He is employed with Grenada School District.
The couple will exchange vows at 4 p.m. on Nov. 19 at Carrollton Community Center
The Rev. Dr. Brent Barker of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Grenada will officiate.
