Mr. and Mrs. James A. "Buddy" Jones of Greenwood have announced the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Robyn Allison Jones, to Cecil Wayne Clark Jr.
Mr. Clark is the son of the late Martha Flanagin Clark of Teoc and Cecil Wayne Clark Sr. and Alice Clark of Crowley, La.
He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Stephen G. Clark and the late Mr. and Mrs. E.K. Flanagin.
Miss Jones is the granddaughter of Helen Bess Braswell of England, Ark., and the late George G. Braswell and the late Mr. and Mrs. Jack D. Jones of Little Rock, Ark.
The bride-elect is a 1995 graduate of Pillow Academy. She received a bachelor's degree in graphic design and communication arts from Union University in 2000. She is a member of the Delta Garden Club and the Junior Auxiliary of Greenwood.
She is employed as the business development manager for Buddy Jones Ford-Chrysler in Greenwood and as a freelance graphic designer.
The prospective bridegroom is a 1993 honors graduate of Kirk Academy. He received a bachelor's degree in marketing from Delta State University in 1998 and a master's degree in architecture and design with an emphasis in geographical informational systems from Mississippi State University in 2008.
He is employed by S&N Airoflo of Greenwood.
The couple will exchange vows at 5 p.m. Feb. 7, 2009, at St. John's United Methodist Church in Greenwood.
Bro. Steve Hentz of Oxford will officiate.
A reception will be held immediately following the ceremony.
